 FAQs

  • All coaching packages are online - however you can purchase 1-1 sessions via our online shop as an add on. Session are held at Reform Gym (Huddersfield)

  • Yes - you can upgrade or downgrade before each billing cycle. Please note you will not be refunded if you switch after the billing cycle.

  • Every coaching package is billed monthly until cancelled. No refunds will be given if you fail to cancel in time. If you need additional help please email us at ajccoaching123@gmail.com

  • Once signed up for either Silver or Gold coaching packages you will receive an automatic email with all your onboarding as well as additional info including your athlete discount code.

  • Dynamic are training plans that start and finish on a specific date, programming may be done on a week-week basis, a more interactive approach. Static training plans have no start or finish date, they can be used at any time.
