Sign up an immediately receive onboarding emails and materials to get stuck into so that you’re prepared to start. You’ll receive app invites, group chat invites (run club and athlete chatroom), onboarding guides and kit list

RECEIVE YOUR TAILORED PLAN

As soon as you’re onboarded I will begin building your hybrid training plan adjusted to your lifestyle, goals and availability; ready for you to start the following Monday

STEP 3

GET TO WORK

Now you’ll have every thing you need to set you up for success, from your kit, nutrition strategy, daily tasks/habits and tailored plan. All there’s left to do is begin testing/assessment week

Become a part of an ever growing community as we host numerous events throughout the year that bring everyone together in shared suffering and of course… fun. We host run clubs, private and public endurance events as well as community BBQ’s and gatherings. We’re even planning an athlete excursion to the Lake District, UK in 2027.

STRENGTH

Week 1 will test your strength across all movement patterns with a big focus on squat, deadlift, bench press and overhead press. You’ll develop your strength and technique week by week with our periodised sessions. We’ll eradicate aches and pains so that you’re lifting heavy without discomfort or unease

MUSCLE

Within your strength sessions you’ll experience a host of isolation and accessory exercises to target specific muscle groups, tailored to your physique goals. Coupling with our nutrition targets and app you’ll seamlessly maintain and build muscle as well as drop body fat

EXPOSURE

Every now and then we’ll expose you to different methods of training and variations of certain lifts to challenge you further and improve your overall familiarity and confidence with exercise

INJURY PREVENTION

You may be unsure whether your past or present injuries will limit your ability; fear not, we have dealt with countless every day people with a variety of injuries and got them fit and firing. We can rehabilitate and prevent those injuries and crucially increase your confidence so those past niggles aren’t on your mind

SPEED SESSIONS

These are a weekly staple that allow you to push your anaerobic fitness and become faster and be able to endure higher speeds for longer. Usually taking the format of intervals or larger tempo runs above zone 2

EASY RUNS

The most convenient and hassle free form of training, but also the most effective. Easy running, also know as zone 2 or LISS (low intensity steady state) will build your aerobic fitness and allow you to run further, run faster and even lift better!

LONG RUNS

Beginning at 30-45 mins and scaling up to suit your fitness and goal, these long runs are staple and will provide you with the most benefit out of all the runs we program. If you enjoy running as a group then join our run club on Saturday’s

FORTITUDE BUILDING

As your fitness and engine develops we will add various individualized endurance sessions aimed to push you beyond your limits and build your mental strength and resilience. These are hugely beneficial come race day when the going gets tough and also day to day mental strength
